What is ATA Tigers?2013_02_08_00809

ATA Tigers is a program specially created by the ATA for ages 4 to 6. Our trained Certified Instructors teach the Tigers TaeKwonDo and  life skill basics using age appropriate fun activities and drills to focus on listening skills, respect, courtesy and working with others.

When the instructors feel the student is ready to move up, they graduate from ATA Tigers into the regular TaeKwonDo program and receive a new Karate for Kids Victory patch for their uniform.

What can I expect?2013_02_08_01052

Classes are a blend of TaeKwonDo and play. This helps them learn the basic techniques while also working on hand-eye coordination. All students are guided through predefined series of techniques known as a form.

What if they’ve never done Martial Arts?

ATA Tiger classes are specifically designed to get kids started in Martial Arts at an early age. The instructors and assistants work to make sure everyone is learning and having fun.
